The Palm Ranch Breakfast of Champions
21-Day Aged Beef Sausage. Sunny-Side Eggs. Black Coffee. No Ketchup Allowed.
Forget sugar-loaded cereals and drive-thru carbs. The real way to start your day? With protein, heat, and strong coffee — straight from the ranch.
This isn’t a brunch plate. It’s a breakfast built for those who get things done. Featuring Palm Ranch 21-day aged skillet-cooked beef sausages, two sunny-side-up eggs, and black coffee — hot sauce optional, ketchup forbidden.
This is The Palm Ranch Breakfast of Champions.
Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
-
2 Palm Ranch 21-day dry-aged beef sausages
 -
2 farm-fresh eggs
 -
Kosher salt
 -
Cracked black pepper
 -
1 tablespoon butter or beef tallow
 -
Hot sauce (your choice, the hotter the better)
 -
Black coffee — strong, no cream, no sugar

Step-by-Step: Cook It Like a Rancher
Step 1: Sear the Sausages
Heat your cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add a dab of butter or tallow, then drop in your Palm Ranch beef sausages. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until they’re browned and cooked through with a crisp edge and juicy center. That dry-aged flavor will do the rest.
Step 2: Fry the Eggs Sunny Side Up
Push the sausages to the edge of the skillet. Crack two eggs directly into the center. Lower the heat. Let them cook without flipping until the whites are set but the yolks are still bright and runny. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
Step 3: Brew It Strong
You know how you like your coffee. Black. No cream. No sugar. No nonsense. Brew it strong and pour it hot.
Step 4: Sauce It — Or Don’t
Hit the plate with a dash of hot sauce if you like a kick. But leave the ketchup in the fridge. This is beef. Not a burger.
